  3. Congratulations Snarls, oops, Diane!
    "Stop making me do that."

    You deserve it with all the hard work you have done.
    "I need more mars."
    "Stop it"
    "You forget I have fire."

    Thanks for passing it on. The award, not the accompanying work.
    "Lazy butt."
    "Shush up.
    "Like you can make me.
    "I won't review the next book."
    "I not in it."
    "I'll take out the first."
    "Fine, but I need a drink."
    "Go see your mom."

    I hope your next blogging venture goes as well as this one has, and as quickly.

    "Can we go?"
    "I didn't bring you."
    "Oh."

    1. How did Snarls get to your place? Don't tell me he has my visa # also. SHHHSSH, that dragon! No wonder I haven't seen him in days.You two can't seem to go two days without some kind of chaos.
      Snarls is hereby "GROUNDED"! Tell him for me.

    2. I told him and he poo-poo'd me.

      I forgot to thank you for the nomination. I appreciate the award, I really truly do, but the work is just more to try to multi-task. I will live.

      I do have, what is maybe your first complaint. You gave us all insight into who you are with your seven things about yourself, BUT you used those same seven things about yourself with with the Liebster Award. I feel cheated!

      ("Okay, happy now? I said it, now back away, you are making me HOT!")

      ("Dolt! You are a fire-breather and YES that was what I was referring too. Go away, you are grounded.")

      "POO-POO-pooh!"

      ("shh!")

      So I would like seven NEW things about you no one may know. If you want to email instead of replying in the comment or in the blog I will accept that, but then others might complain. It is up to you. :-)

      Thank you for the award.

      "Get AWAY FROM the CAT! Will you just please go home??"

  4. I never give up my chocolate, but since you have a sword... I'll think about it.

    Congrats on getting a RAOK shoutout too!

  5. Well, apparently I received my first complaint, and from my friend, Sue, of all people. She wants to know 7 different things about me. So here goes:
    1. I have a cape. When I write, I put on my "super power" cape.
    2. I have a huge stuffed dragon that helps me write.
    3. I have written 7 different books; only 1 published and 1 in the process of being published.
    4. I love onions, unlike my character in the above books, Petra Longstride.
    5. When I was 9 years old, I was on Kiddies On Camera (a talent television program) doing my majorette routine.
    6. I rode my horse with the St. Paul Musical Riders for 4 years.
    7. I was a princess in my previous life.

  6. Hi! I found you through J.G.'s blog.

    You have a neat blog, and your princess book looks too cute! I'll have to take a look at some of these other blogs you tagged. One thing I can't stay away from is reading... and that includes reading book blogs! So, I'll be sitting here a while going through this list.

    By the way, I have a monthly link-up on my blog called "Sharing Our Bookshelves" if you want to link up any book reviews, or other similar posts. I'd love to have you join!

    Blessings,
    ~ Tarissa

    1. Hi Tarissa. Thanks for looking. I would love to join in on
      "Sharing Our Bookshelves" sometimes.

      I have just started doing reviews and plan to only do one a month or so. My time is too restricted with other writing commitments right now to any more than that.

      Thanks for stopping by my blog. I appreciate it. I am also signing up for your blog.

      See you.
      Diane

  7. You are dong book reviews? Good for you. Are you reading what you write? Probably, you are such a good writer, know thy craft kind of writer. So, this means we are now in competition. Hm. I give. I don't do competitions with friends on the internet. So good luck with all of those. I will be reading, but just for fun.

    I want to give you a heads up. Net.Galley dot com (no spaces) has free for review in all genres and ges. Find them there and simply copy your review and send to the publisher through Net Galley and your done. Never dun out of books to review. Plus, these are all galleys, hence the name.

    I know you do not have a Kindle, BUT if you get the kindle app for PC from Amazon, then go to "manage my kindle" register the app and ou should get the address yo need to get the downloads from Net Galley sent to your kindle space at Amazon ("Manage your Kindle"), for download from there. I have the ao for PC and it works.

    Happy Reviewing! and Welcome Aboard!

  8. Crud. Mispells:

    dong = doing
    ges = ages
    dun = run
    ou = you
    yo = you
    ao = app

    This is why nothing has been submitted yet. :-(
